About Us

Consumer Perspectives, Inc. was founded to assist clients in making sense of the overwhelming amount of consumer information available to them. Our goal is to draw out and add CONSUMER INSIGHT to all the projects we undertake.

Founder Will Tomlinson began Consumer Perspectives, Inc. (CPI) as an outsourced market research team working exclusively for consumer package goods manufacturers. As word-of-mouth spread regarding their exceptional capabilities, the company grew its client base to include small, regional firms to international organizations in just three years.

"The main focus of Consumer Perspectives has shifted towards being a full-service market research house", states Tomlinson, company president. While operating in Seattle, WA since 1999, they have built a solid reputation as a market research firm offering a complete line of services.

CPI has served various industries ranging from consumer goods to technology, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research. Some of their most recent clients include: Nestle USA, Oracle, and Monsanto.

CPI has also built strong partnerships with firms such as Three Strands Consulting and Imaginologie. These partners have assisted in developing client relationships and have given CPI national exposure to potential customers.

In addition to being suppliers of market research services, Consumer Perspectives staff members have spent part of their careers in client-side positions for manufacturers and/or retailers. They understand their clients needs exceptionally well because they've been on "the other side of the fence".
