How it works

  • We recruit 50 to 75 consumers to a large facility and use consumer response meters linked to a computer to instantly collect consumer reaction.
  • The data is instantly tabulated and respondent reactions to your concepts are available before the next question is asked! It's a great way to get a quick screen on a large number of concepts, label designs, etc.
  • We then use those consumer reactions to break the groups into two to three traditional focus groups.
  • During the qualitative session, consumers are probed about why they responded the way they did.
